49 on 14th has four double bedrooms and accommodates up to eight guests.

Ideal for families or groups that value togetherness but with enough breakout spaces to make the most of its oceanfront tranquillity.

Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the home allow extraordinary views of St Helena Bay and keep visitors grounded in nature, whilst the spacious kitchen and reception room with earthy tones and elevated industrial details is perfect for entertaining in style.
A home so unique, it has to be lived in to understand the alchemy that turns a holiday into a forever memory.
To Make your stay extra special
The property is on a security estate with a built-in BBQ, direct beach access, a private walkway, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, plus high-speed internet and WiFi.

Although having a car available to make the most of your stay is preferable, we are happy to arrange airport transfers if needed; please request this for a price reference.
A weekly cleaning service is available, but should your needs require additional frequency, please let us know, and we can supply you with the associated cost.
Lastly, to start your holiday on the right note, we can arrange an initial food and drink order to be ready in the fridge when you arrive. Costs will depend on your requirements.
Our Terms & Conditions

There are to be, at most, the arranged number of guests in the house. No children under the age of 12.

The house may only be occupied by the renter and pre-approved guests.

The guest list needs to be completed in advance on all bookings—day visitors only on prior arrangement.

Arrival and Departure times are to be adhered to unless with prior arrangement.

Children must be under parental supervision. No children are allowed unsupervised in the garage area for their safety.

No pets allowed.

Disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated.

No smoking or vaping in the house ever.

No events can be hosted, big or small; if you breach this, your stay will terminate immediately.

Call-out and repair fees are charged to the guest's account if the appliances, furniture or furnishings are damaged or broken. Please let us know if anything is damaged.

Any lost keys are charged at R2 000,00 per incident.

All music is to be turned down by 22H00 (10 pm)

At no time can guests deny staff access to the house.

Our pool is unprotected. At no time can children be left unattended.

Doors must be closed and locked at night for insurance to be valid in case of any incident.

The owners reserve the right to terminate any stay if conditions are unmet.

Water and other recourses are to be mindfully utilised.​

We have a minimum stay requirement of a 2-night stay during the Winter, Spring and Summer seasons, a 3-nights minimum on long weekends and a 7-night stay minimum in peak season.
